0717 – Pass under Buzzards Bay RR Bridge; set
fore lower topsail and main lower topsails
0733 – Pass under Bourne bridge
0811 – Pass under Sagamore Bridge
0841 – Abeam R “4” at east entrance to Cape Cod
Canal from Cape Cod Bay; disconnect from
Tug thuban. Wind SW F3, skies 7/8 alto cumulus
and cumulus.
0856 – Disconnect from tug Sirius; AIS:Sail
0902 – Hoist aboard port mid whaleboat
0908 – Pilot Mark Foley disembarks onto Pilot Boat;

0912 – Hoist aboard starboard aft whaleboat
0917 – Set fore upper topsail and main upper topsail
0927 – Set foresail, fore t’gallant, main t’gallant,
fore topmast staysail
0943 – Set main sail, with starboard side goosewinged

1403 – Strike fore and main upper topsail
1426 – Strike fore topmast staysail, fore lower
topsail, main lower topsail; tie up to
tug Sirius, AIS:VRAM
1440 – Sean Bercaw disembarks to Bonecrusher
to attach mooring pennant to mooring
1450 – Tied to mooring, AIS:mooring, in Provincetown
